I've been with cvsdude for about 6-7 months now. I'm a freelance server-side java developer. sometimes the projects i work on are bigger than i can handle on my own, so i sometimes get 1 or 2 other developers to help me out. given the relatively small budgets of my projects, it makes business sense for me to source developers from the global market. i, myself, am based in the uk. but the other members of the teams i put together are in different countries. so it makes sense to manage my project's codebase using cvs. i can handle a cvs client (tortoiseCVS, WinCVS) but a cvs server is more than i want to be bothered with. and why should i when there are experts like Mark Bathie of cvsdude who really knows what he's doing? cvsdude has everything developers could hope for in a cvs server.
